Expert Craftsmanship: Titanium Processing and Precision Control
The project involved Titanium Gr2 and Gr7, sourced from high-purity sponge titanium smelting. Our Gr2 titanium standard parts achieved a 99.9% purity after PMI testing, ensuring exceptional performance. Throughout the production process, our factory demonstrated its advanced capabilities in processing titanium, zirconium, nickel, magnesium, and their alloys.
Fast Delivery: One Week Ahead of Schedule
Understanding the importance of timelines, we successfully completed all deliveries a full week ahead of schedule. In the final phase, during rough machining of the titanium discs, we arranged overtime production, completing the task 8 days ahead of the original deadline. This reflects our commitment to meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
Strict Quality Control: Ensuring Perfection at Every Step
Quality control was implemented at every stage of the production process. From material testing and ultrasonic, penetrant, and dimensional checks to third-party inspections, we ensured that every part met SPX's high standards. Additionally, to help speed up the delivery process, we provided free surface wet grinding, reducing the need for further treatments upon arrival.
Efficient Communication: Swift Problem Resolution
Throughout the project, we adjusted the shipping plan to meet delivery requirements, shipping the first batch by sea and the remaining parts by air. Timely email updates, photo sharing, and prompt issue resolution ensured smooth communication and alignment with the SPX Australia team, helping keep the project on track.
