Production Phase
Long Shaft Manufacturing:
Including outer diameter turning, welding of flanges and discs, end cap welding, and precision machining to ensure that every detail meets strict standards.
Large Blade Production:
From material cutting to mold making, followed by precise machining and welding of the large blades and square plates, resulting in high-strength blades.
Hub Manufacturing:
Material cutting, assembly, welding, and precision machining to ensure the structure and durability of the hubs.
Inspection Process
Leak Test
For the leak test, a surfactant solution is applied to the surface of the shaft, and the pressure is raised to the specified 15 PSI/0.1 MPa as per the drawing. The pressure is maintained for 30 minutes while observing for any leaks.

Spark test
The rubber-coated spark test involves applying a high-voltage spark discharge of 3 KV/mm to the rubber-coated product. By observing whether breakdown discharge occurs, the test determines if the rubber layer has any holes, cracks, or uneven thickness.

Our package
We use professional packaging to ensure goods remain intact during transportation, storage, and handling, including wooden crates, pallets, and moisture-proof packaging, tailored to each product's needs. For special items like carbon steel shafts, we provide additional cushioning, rust protection coatings, and shockproof measures to ensure maximum protection.
