Collaboration with a Valued Partner
We are pleased to share another successful collaboration with our long-term partner, SPX Flow Technology Australia Pty Ltd. This project involved the precision machining of key components for industrial mixers, specifically abushing seat (Part No. 141259STL, size 3.5"-4") and ashaft sleeve (Part No. 138704STL, size 3.25" x 4.0" x 7.62"), both manufactured from carbon steel grade 42CrMo.
Applications in Industry
As a global provider of fluid technology and services, SPX's Australian division serves multiple sectors. In Australia, where mining is a pillar industry, mixers are indispensable in mineral processing. The delivered bushing seat and shaft sleeve will be assembled into mixers to ensure reliable and efficient operation under demanding industrial conditions.

We implemented strict control over each production stage, covering turning, grinding, drilling, deburring, cleaning, packaging, and crating. Every step was carried out with precision, and close coordination among our machining teams ensured both efficiency and high-quality results, with exact dimensions and smooth finishes.
Commitment to Early Delivery
The official delivery date for this order was September 12, 2025. We successfully completed production and shipment on September 6-six days ahead of schedule. Delivering early while maintaining uncompromised quality reflects our strong focus on customer needs and our efficiency in production management.
