Production Introduction
The titanium round flange is a part made of non-ferrous metal titanium or a titanium alloy to connect pipes with each other, which is connected to the pipe end. There are holes on the titanium round flange, and the bolts connect the two flanges tightly. The titanium round flanges are sealed with gaskets. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings with flanges (lugs or adapters).
Application
Titanium round flange has excellent corrosion resistance in many media. Acid and alkaline resistance, long service life, low density, high strength, equipment weight, smooth surface, no dirt, and the dirt coefficient is greatly reduced.
It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy, chemical fiber, food, chemical industry, chloralkali, vacuum salt making, fine chemical industry, bioengineering, seawater desalination, marine engineering, and other industries.
The titanium round flange is a kind of disk-shaped part, which is the most common in pipeline engineering. Flanges are used in pairs.
In pipeline engineering, flanges are mainly used for the connection of pipelines. A flange plate shall be installed for various pipes to be connected. Threaded flanges can be used for low-pressure pipes, and welded flanges can be used for pressure above 4kg. Add a sealing point between the two flanges, and then fasten them with bolts.
