Production Introduction
The titanium bending plate is titanium forging machined according to the drawings provided by our company's collaborators. According to different drawings and material requirements, Longqing Metals Products Works can meet the processing of titanium bending plate of different sizes, materials, and sending angles.
The raw materials for the titanium bending plate will meet the requirements for heat treatment, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and other testings per our customer's requests before machining.

Applications
The titanium bending plate is one of the most important parts of industrial machinery and petroleum machinery equipment. The titanium bending plates machined by our company are mainly assembled on mixing equipment.
Titanium bending plate production processes need to be strictly controlled starting from raw material procurement, materials treatment, forging, and precision machining to ensure the bending angles meet the drawings' requirements.
Packaging and Delivering
The package box will be laminate wooden boxes for outer packaging with 4 pcs internal card slots to stabilize the goods in the case. In order to avoid bumping bumps in transportation, the polyethylene foamed sheet is used to wrap the cargo and fill the gap with foam.
We use international express and logistics including UPS, FedEx, DHL, HLS, DFS, and other customer-designated freight forwarders.
