Production Introduction
The titanium grade 7 plate shows good thermoplastic. It is machined according to the drawings provided by Longqing's long-term customers for their fluid equipment.
The titanium grade 7 material can carry out various forms of welding with good performance, and the strength and plasticity of the welded joint can be equal to that of the base metal. The machinability is the same as that of industrial pure titanium.
It has good corrosion resistance and high-temperature thermal stability. It can be used as structural parts under 500 ℃ for long-term work and various die forging.
