Packaging and Delivering
Packaging for large products like the double head lower shaft is the same as the lower shaft. Double or triple laminate wooden boxes are used for outer packaging with 8 pcs internal card slots to stabilize the goods in the case.
In order for lower shaft forging to avoid bumping bumps in the transportation, the wooden box is equipped with card slots to support the heavy shaft so that the product will not bump in the box. Pearl cotton(polyethylene foamed sheet) will be used to wrap the whole cargo and fill the gap with foam.
