Materials Performance
In chemical process engineering, the corrosion resistance of materials is mainly required, but the strength of materials is relatively low.

Titanium is used to manufacture vessels, mixers, pump bodies, exchange column tanks, heat exchangers, conduits, tanks, agitators, coolers, reactors, and other equipment in contact with a hydrochloric acid solution containing oxidants.
Titanium alloy finished products used in actual equipment are mainly provided in the form of foil, sheet, and plate (for heat exchanger sheet, lining and clad metal, etc.) and pipe (for heat exchanger, condenser, etc.).
First Article Sample Process (FAS)
A First Article Sample (FAS) is to produce and make the product to get approved for production. The technical level and production process of different factories differ from each other.
At this time, in order to ensure the uniformity of product quality and product performance, the customer will ask the factory to send samples of the FAS confirmation when submitting the first proof and submit the FAS report to report the relevant process used and related to the quality report.
After the customer has verified and tested the sample, and the FAS report is reviewed and approved, the factories will issue a notice of approval.
