Our titanium castings place a strong emphasis on post-casting surface treatment, such as polishing, to inspect for any surface defects. Every part returned from casting is carefully processed, machined, and inspected because the applications for titanium rings have very high requirements, and even the smallest oversight could compromise the material's corrosion resistance.
Titanium alloys are known for their strength and toughness, and machining them can be challenging. However, our factory has over 20 years of specialized experience in precision turning and milling of titanium alloys.
After machining, our final inspection process is rigorous and includes ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, tensile testing, and X-ray inspection to ensure that every part meets the highest quality standards.
